Did Senator Obama call Mrs. Palin a Pig?

I should rename this post and call it … Democrats are morons… What is it about our Sarah that drives them to say stupid things… This congressman for instance…

—-Democratic Congressman Russ Carnahan on Tuesday — introducing Joe Biden at a campaign event — ripped into Palin’s record and punctuated it with this snide remark… “There’s no way you can dress up that record, even with a lot of lipstick,” he said.   Later in the day, Obama used a variation of the lipstick line… Do any of you really think the Pig thing is an accident?

—-BREAKING NEWS… Mr. Todd Palin has requested Senator Obama to make the pig statement directly to his face… Will

The Timid man

have the guts to show up after insulting Mr. Palin’s wife in the worst way… Sigh… I think not…

—-Aj gets it exactly right… … There was not one single person in the audience who did not “get it” the instant Senator Obama said… exact quote…

“…You can put lipstick on a pig…”

Well, go ahead and listen and put it in context if you like… This crack was deliberate and tell you what… The audience did not wait for the punch line of the “joke.”  … Just observe… when Senator Obama says… “You can put lipstick on a pig”… He pauses… and waits for the audience to get the “joke.” [wink wink… double meaning, got it folks?]

—-Senator, what were you thinking?  Did your speechwriters really think this line is a winner?

—-Dj makes an astute observation… The crowds get the signal just like a catcher gets the signal from a pitcher. Obama seems to have some serious insecurity issues about women if has to stoop to this 3rd grade taunting.  “what – me?” crap! Sir, the ladies have all seen it before many times.

—-and, if you can possibly think it was not planned…   DJStrata noted how Obama was wiping his brow before he delivered the clearly staged throw away line as if to say “do I really want to do this”?

Wow… I am in awe over Aj’s post… He has the video where Senator Obama gives Hillary Clinton the finger… I gave the Senator the benefit of the doubt when I first saw that video but I do not think so now…

  1. Thanks for dropping by Postulates and Pastimes and I’m with you about this comment. But I would also ask, if this was written for him, along with the “wrap fish in newspaper” comment, then WHO is this awful writer.

I guess the lipstick comment makes sense, but you can’t come up with a better allegory than fish and newspaper?

I have this vision in my head of Michelle Obama standing in the wings behind the curtain, mouthing along with Barack’s speech and getting all giddy when he delivers his punchline!

  2. This concept of calling Palin a pig is rediculous. Yes, he pulled the “lipstick” thing from her speech, but the Pig is McCain’s historic policies and opinions, she is the lipstick. What Obama was simply saying is you can’t take policies and beliefs that have been tried, bring in a young, fresh and attractive face and hide what those polices are. Don’t be so reactive. It has become a nice talking point for the republicans, but it was not what you make it out to be.

  3. Watch the video closely and focus on the people in the background… Your guy made a snide remark with the pig connotation clearly understood by all… Also, I have seen the video where McCain makes lipstick – pig joke… Not the same at all… In it, McCain clearly is saying it reference to policies… Your guy is not… He is making a cutsey reference to our Sarah implying [Hay, wink wink… Palin’s a pig] I will try and find McCain’s video for you…
